Who would have thought that growing Pacific oysters in Sydney Rock oyster heartland, would result in something so exceptional – we’re talking about massive oysters that taste superb!
We started off with the proposition of a potential bag here and there, but we are now thrilled to announce that Blue Harvest is working with a group of Clyde River’s most highly regarded growers. Our partnership means these impressive beasts are now available by full and half pallets.
With a weight range of between 220g and 390g each, these are truly are unique and special oysters. We will be quickly limited in how much we can sell, but the future looks promising, and we look forward to working with you to build this category.
