We are hoping to complete our frozen Gold Coast tiger prawn allocations week commencing the 16th May. There will be further allocations provided from Tru Blu and Seafarm in addition to these, but their frozen inventories are not completed at this stage.
As mentioned previously Blue Harvest frozen tiger prawn supply volumes will be significantly lower in 2016 than last year, as all farms are producing less. We hope to offset this to some degree by stocking more heavily for the Nov / Dec season, but won’t know if this is successful until after stockings occur in July / Aug this year.
We have 6 and 7oz raw Brazilian lobster tails available now, and a variety of additional sizes arriving later this month and in early June – with more details in our What’s New section.
