Blue Harvest and our client Wild Seas are excited to advise that we are expanding our offering of Brazilian Lobster tails.
To date we have focused on supplying primarily 4oz Panulirus argus species (Caribbean spiny lobster). Our range of this species will now extend from 4oz right through to 20oz plus sizes – with new stock due to arrive in approx. 4 weeks. This shipment does not include any 4oz, however we will have some coming in around 8 weeks.
In addition to the argus arriving in our next shipment in approx. 4 weeks, we are bringing in lower cost alternatives, Panulirus laevicauda species (similar to argus, but a darker shell) and Slipper lobster (similar species to bugs). Sizes for both of these products will range from 3oz up to 9oz – however supply will be limited initially as we test demand for them.
