Supply Update – What’s Frozen?

We currently have Brazilian lobster tails ranging in sizes from 6oz right through to 20oz in stock and available to order. We have 4oz tails from the new season on the water – and are due to arrive in late August/early September.

Sashimi grade raw Crystal Bay banana prawns are back in stock, along with small quantities of freshly frozen cooked 21-30/lb, 16-20/lb and 10-15/lb in 3kg cartons.

Our frozen cooked Australian Tiger prawns from all farms are fully allocated.

New season king crab is not due until November 2016.

Behind the scenes with Tropical Finfish
