Continue below for oysters, shellfish and finfish…

OYSTERS

Supply of live Sydney Rock Oysters is strong and most of the available stock is allocated. We currently have good availability of cocktails and smalls (bottles) and a limited availability of mediums (bistros).

Live Pacific Oyster supply is expected to recommence from Smithton Shellfish in Tasmania in late Feb / early March. Please contact your Blue Harvest account manager nearer this time for more details on available grades, volume and pricing.

‘Jurassic’ Pacific Oyster stock has now been fully harvested and the next crop is not expected to reach harvestable size for 18 – 24 months.

SHELLFISH

Supply of Goolwa Pipis is strong, and we are extremely excited to be kicking off with a new state of the art thermo-form packaging machine. This gives us much greater flexibility in terms of product range, and a fresh new look to our range of products

FINFISH

Supply of Round Island Barramundi from Sri Lanka is still strong with our sea-cage grown barramundi. Fresh fillets in multiple size grades can be delivered into NSW, VIC and QLD on a weekly basis.

We have strong availability of Murray Cod from Griffith, NSW, in the 1-2kg size range. New dams have been stocked at our Bilbul site, meaning future volumes will increase significantly.
