About Us

Fresh Seafood, Sustainable Futures, Thriving Oceans

Operating as an ethical company is at the heart of everything we do.

At Blue Harvest, we’re passionate about transforming the way the world thinks about seafood. From the outset to our current position as a leader in sustainable aquaculture, every step of our journey has been guided by a love for the ocean, in particular, mussels and oysters—not just for their incredible taste, but for the environmental benefits they bring to our oceans.

Our Vision

To become a global leader in sustainable animal proteins and omega-3 production while supplying Australia with premium, year-round mussels and oysters. We aim to redefine seafood farming, proving that great-tasting food can also be great for the planet.

Sustainability

Moving toward a more sustainable future

At Blue Harvest, we’re here to nourish communities and restore oceans, one delicious, sustainable bite at a time. Through innovative farming, processing, and distribution practices, we ensure our products are fresh, ethical, and accessible. Every shellfish we grow is a step toward healthier people, thriving marine ecosystems, and a more sustainable future.
