MAKE SURE PRODUCT IS REMOVED FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING BEFORE COOKING

  1. Turn grill to high, or preheat oven or BBQ with the hood down to 210°C (Fan forced – 200°C).

  2. Take the packet from the freezer, remove the oysters from the plastic tray, and place them on an oven tray or directly onto your grill or BBQ (with the hood down). Cook for approx. 10 minutes (time may vary depending on your appliance) or until the bacon is crispy on top and the sauce is lightly bubbling at the edges.

  3. Rest in a warm place for five minutes, then enjoy.
