Brazilian lobster tails are in stock and available from sizes 6oz right through to 20oz. We will not have any 4oz tails until the arrival of new season stock – which is historically late August/early September.

Sashimi grade raw Crystal Bay prawns are back in stock, along with small quantities of freshly frozen cooked 21-30/lb and 16-20/lb in 3kg cartons.

Our frozen cooked Australian Tiger prawns from all farms are fully allocated.
New season king crab is not due until November 2016.

New season mussels have started in South Australia. The mussels at this time of the year have a smaller and cleaner shell, and plump sweet meat. Supply is abundant. This is the best time to jump on board with either Boston Bay or Spencer Gulf mussels. Continued below...

The Clyde River is located four hours south of Sydney and is known as the purest major river on Australia’s East Coast. The Clyde’s sources are almost entirely contained in protected, uninhabited National Parks and only 5% of its catchment has been cleared which is why the water is so clean.

We are hoping to complete our frozen Gold Coast tiger prawn allocations week commencing the 16th May. There will be further allocations provided from Tru Blu and Seafarm in addition to these, but their frozen inventories are not completed at this stage.

We will continue to have fresh Australian tiger prawns available right through until late June!! This will hopefully help manage the frozen shortage that we are experiencing this year. Gold Coast have completed their fresh harvests, and will be back on line in November from Mossman.
